Alejandro Rodriguez, M.A., LMHC
Counseling couples since 2012, Alejandro Rodriguez is a Central Florida expert when it comes to helping people from a wide variety of backgrounds, as well as a wide range of relationship concerns.
Like his Positive Steps colleagues, Alejandro is committed to getting couples results. He’s here to make a real difference. Leveraging his training with the Gottman Institute ̶ the current thought leader when it comes to understanding what makes relationships work ̶ Alejandro is well positioned to deliver the most effective couples therapy available.
“In some sense, our happiness revolves around the relationships in our lives. So when things aren’t going well there, you know it’s time to make a change. What I’ve found over the years is that a good couples counselor helps. There are very specific things each of us can learn to do to make big differences. Often it’s just a matter of learning what those things are and how to apply them.”
When not working with couples to improve their relationships, Alejandro enjoys traveling to where he was born in Costa Rica, learning, and spending time with his wife.
